Exchange Policy

At Vastra Nivas, we take utmost care to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. 
Each product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following guidelines:

Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for exchange.

Proof of Claim

To ensure transparency and avoid discrepancies:

1. A 360° unboxing video is mandatory
2. Clear photographs must be provided for any claim related to damage or incorrect products

Note: Claims without valid video proof will not be considered.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:

1. Size issues
2. ⁠Damaged product (due to transit)
3. ⁠Incorrect product received

Conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Shipping Charges: A nominal fee of ₹99 will be charged towards shipping and handling

Returns & Refunds

1. We do not offer returns or refunds
2. Exchanges are processed strictly based on the above conditions

All exchange requests will be processed only after the product is received at our facility. 

The item will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
