Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping may be offered on select orders or above a certain purchase value during special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email along with tracking details on WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images. We will assist you promptly.
